The Wine 
The Particella 68 (Lot 68) is a historic family property located in the "Cru" Colbertaldo di Vidor. It's a wine that was born with the vision of showing the diversity of "terroir" that we have in our land. It develops between 150 and 200 mts (490 to 650 ft) of altitude, in a calcareous soil with south-east exposure, where the termic excursion offers a unique expression, elegant, creamy, with intense notes of apple and acacia flowers, and gentle to the palate. 
Vinification
Sequential pressing of whole grapes, fermentation in steel tanks and maceration for 4 months in lees. Second fermentation using the Martinotti (Charmat) method using must from the same plot of land.
Tasting notes
Elegant perlage with a creamy mousse. Aromas and flavors of yellow fruits and flowers, with full and balanced feeling in the palate.
