Sparkling Wines
These wines are known and appreciated for their bubbles and fizzy freshness caractherized by a bright acicity and fruity flavors. Some styles also include yeasty and buttery flavors that comes from the wine contact with the lees after the malolactic fermentation. The main difference of the sparkling wines compared to still wines is the addition of a second fermentation to the wine process, which is the one who adds the bubbles or fizziness to the wines.
